How Zaigency Works?¶
Zaigency operates as a centralized hub for project management.
The Admin panel handles client and team member additions, order management, and service provision. Clients access their specific details, order history, and available services for purchase. Team members are granted access only to designated accounts as per their role permissions, ensuring controlled and secure access to pertinent information.

Functioning as the operational hub, the Admin panel is responsible for the growth and management of Zaigency. It handles the addition of new clients and team members, overseeing the entire lifecycle of orders, tickets, invoices, and services. Additionally, it facilitates financial transactions, manages order forms and quotations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Designed for user convenience, the Client panel provides a personalized experience within Zaigency. Clients can effortlessly access their personal details and comprehensive order history. Moreover, they have direct access to available services, enabling seamless browsing and purchasing, enhancing their overall user experience.
Tailored for specific functionalities, the Team-Member panel offers controlled access within Zaigency. Assigned by the Admin, team members operate within designated role permissions, focusing on executing tasks pertinent to their responsibilities. This ensures a streamlined workflow while maintaining security and confidentiality within the system.
